By ‘turning the telescope around’ we bring forward the ‘due diligence’ process to an advanced state before you get in front of potential investors, BAV presents a much higher proportion of ‘fit-for-purpose’ project proposals to potential funders which ensures a better match, and promotes:

●  predictable securing of timely funding 

●  de-risking for both sides

●  better terms for both sides, e.g. less leverage means projects are less likely to fail financially

By leveraging the project client’s collateral to raise a significantly larger financial security as "skin-in-the-game", BAV creates a unique project financing model whereby investors risk is predominantly covered by an International security held in a SPV and not secured over the project. This drastically removes project risk for the investor, side-lining risk away from the project to the SPV as intermediary funder and allowing project Management to concentrate on implementing the project.
